We have tried to make the system as infallible as possible and hopefully you will have no problems. One we have encountered is with the link not fully forming on the bottom of the e-mail, it should be blue and underlined. This happens occasionally due to we believe a Firewall deactivating the link, or with AOL and Hotmail customers we believe due to their Spam [junk mail] filters.
If that should happen, please copy the link and paste it onto the Internet Explorer browser, where you type an e-mail address. You should then be able to access the download page.

If you can access the download page, but the documents won’t open; the problem is possibly caused by a Firewall in your PC, especially if you are at work. Alternately, if you can open all the other documents but not the Directory of humour, it will be because your Firewall is set to block files above a certain size.

In all cases we can send you the documents as soon as possible by Zip file, or as Word docs.

Alternately if you have typed an incorrect e-mail address, you will not receive an e-mail with the link, but you should have automatically have been sent to the download page. If you have not received the e-mail, please send us an e-mail with a short message and we can check and reply to your correct address.
